Tennessee Wesleyan University (TWU) offers 7 enrollment windows per year.

Master's programs require the completion of 30 credits. Each semester, students are required to complete at least two 3-credit courses plus a 1-credit CPT course.

The academic year is divided into three semesters: Fall, Spring, and Summer. Each semester consists of 2 terms. In the first term of a semester, you need to take a on-site session of 24 hours (held during a weekend). In the second term, you can take all classes online (each class is 3 hours).

Students can still use CPT during breaks; there is no gap between CPT authorization periods.

On-Site Policy

Students are required to attend one on-site session each semester. On-site classes are held in Knoxville, TN over a weekend (Friday: 1pm-7pm; Saturday: 8am-6pm; Sunday: 8am-1pm).

If you miss a on-site session, you are allowed to make up only one on-site session during the entire program. Missing on-site sessions twice will result in the termination of your F-1 status.

For a make-up on-site session, you need to pay a fee of $300 and submit an explanation statement to the program. The make-up session must be completed before the end of the term.
